They are responsible for responding to AFH work orders submitted through the system.Since the implementation of the new system, the Housing Office has received positive feedback."The procedure for submitting service orders has taken off with great success and has received positive comments from residents," said Bryan Dorrough, Facilities Branch chief.“After the initial Housing Town Hall held in February 2019, we knew that we needed another way for the residents to be able to submit service orders,” he said. "Some of the community complaints we had from the residents were: 'No one answers the phone:' 'Line is always busy;' and 'I cannot understand the person on the other end of the line.'"“So, we stood up a way for our customers to submit service orders on the DPW (Directorate of Public Works) website," Dorrough said. "The comments we have received have been largely positive."To submit work orders via the online system, please visit: the work order is received, the office will send a confirmation with a DMO number via email. For all housing emergency service requests (Life/Health/Safety), please call DSN: 756-4357 or cell 0503-356-4357.
