Led by Staff Sgt. David Hale, the U.S. Army Yuma Proving Ground color guard at the 2009 Army Birthday ceremony formed by Spc. Mark Salazar, Spc. Colby Bowman, Sgt. Maikeld Quarles, Sgt. Ryan Venable, and Sgt. Robert Little, marches off stage after posting the colors.  For the ceremony, the color guard wore replicas of vintage uniforms that date back to the War of 1812.
