Members of the Leavenworth High School Junior ROTC Raiders team attend a reception at the home of Combined Arms Center and Fort Leavenworth Commanding General Lt. Gen. James Rainey and his wife Tracy Rainey Feb. 18, 2020. The Cadet Raiders were part of the team that competed against 91 other teams from across the country and won the Raiders National Championships in Molina, Ga. Nov. 2-3, 2019.
