TORII STATION, Japan - Army Col. Jeffery Underhill, commanding general, 94th Army Air and Missile Defense Command receives the battalion colors from outgoing battalion commander, Edward "Dusty" O'Neil, Underhill then passed the flag to new battalion commander, Lt. Col. Jen Eickhoff, signifying her the taking responsibility of the unit during the 1st Battalion, 1st Air Defense Artillery's change-of-command ceremony on June 17 on Torii Station, Okinawa, Japan, where Eickhoff became the first female commander in the history of the Snake Eye Battalion.
