VICTORY BASE COMPLEX, Iraq - Lt. Col. Geoffrey Stevens, from Melrose, Mass., commander of 79th Ordnance Battalion (EOD), discusses the importance of interagency cooperation for the future of Baghdad's explosive ordinance disposal operations. Representatives from the Iraqi Army and Iraqi police were present to confer with Coalition forces and formulate a strategy in reaction to the imminent drawdown of U.S. troops after the 30 June withdrawal deadline under the Security Agreement.
