Season's greetings and well health wishes

By Lt. Col. Peter Dinh, Dear Occupational Health Clinic physicianDecember 13, 2019

ANNISTON ARMY DEPOT, Ala. -- The holiday season is a time to slow down and enjoy the simple things.

It's a time to reflect on past achievements and challenges and a time to prepare for the coming year.

Looking back over 2019, I am certain we can all recall a few unpleasant trials that, in hindsight, should have taken us out.

It is during those times we were held up, encouraged by and wicked energy from those we hold dearest to our hearts.

Motivation, determination and success are a collaborative effort within a family as well as an organization.

Our commander and his supportive staff continue to set the precedence for the value and appreciation they place in their employees and their mission.

Likewise, we at the Dear Clinic are grateful for all the support and encouragement from the Anniston Army Depot command and their many employees and tenants.

As we begin our celebrations of faith, family and traditions of old with the warmth and love of the Christmas spirit, I urge you to also take some much needed time to reset and enjoy the things in life that really matter.

Take in the serene moments spent with friends and loved ones, appreciating the many blessings in our lives that we so often take for granted.

May your sense of purpose be restored and refilled and may the wonder of Christmas surround you throughout the holiday season.

Thank you for trusting us with your occupational healthcare needs.

We will endeavor to exceed your expectations in the coming year!

"What is Christmas? It is a tenderness for the past, courage for the present, hope for the future." Agnes M. Pahr
