CSM Frank M Graham Jr entered the United States Army on 30 September 1991 as a Heavy Wheeled Vehicle Mechanic, MOS 63S. He is a native of Gulfport, Mississippi. He completed Basic Combat Training, Advanced Individual and Vehicle Recovery Training at Fort Jackson, South Carolina. CSM Graham's most recent assignment was serving as the 16th Sustainment Brigade Command Sergeant Major, Baumholder Germany.
