U.S. Army Sgt. 1st Class Heidi Noll, a medical platoon sergeant with Headquarters and Headquarters Company, 1st Battalion, 68th Armor Regiment, 3rd Armored Brigade Combat Team, 4th Infantry Division, Task Force Spartan, communicates with the battalion tactical operations center about a simulated casualty during medical evacuation training in Jordan Aug. 24, 2019, in preparation for Exercise Eager Lion 19.
