Celebrating the Army's 234th Birthday in the Benelux

(From left to right): Spc. Christopher Newsom, Command Sgt. Maj. Ralph Ford, Sgt. Patrick Taylor and his wife Cathy Taylor cut the birthday cake at the celebration for the Army's 234th birthday on June 11 at Chièvres Garrison, Belgium. Newsom represented Soldiers serving in the Warriors in Transition Unit, while the military family was represented by the Taylor's. Ford gave a speech before the cake-cutting about the traits and strengths of the noncommissioned officers serving in the Army.
