17th Field Artillery Brigade participates in Orient Shield 2019

Soldiers of 17th Field Artillery Brigade attend the opening ceremony of Orient Shield 2019. The 17th Field Artillery Brigade is participating as the Multi Domain Task Force Headquarters in support of the bilateral exercise. The exercise will consist of a command post exercise, field training, and live fire. It is designed to enhance Japan-U.S. combat readiness and interoperability while strengthening bilateral relationships and demonstrating U.S. resolve to support the security interests of friend and allies in the region.
