The monthly post retirement ceremony will be Aug. 23 at 3 p.m. in Waybur Theater and hosted by the 1st Theater Sustainment Command chief of staff, Col. Rodney Honeycutt, and 1st TSC G-1 sergeant major, Sgt. Maj. Reginald Brundidge.
The public is invited to attend this event, which serves to honor the following retirees:
*Chief Warrant Officer 5 Michael Walsh, from 11th Expeditionary Combat Aviation Brigade, with 40 years of service
*Maj. Robert Hoover, from 1st Theater Sustainment Command, with 24 years of service
*Capt. Frank McClendon III, from U.S. Army Recruiting Command, with 29 years of service
*Sgt. Maj. Jeffery Zentz, from U.S. Army Human Resources Command, with 27 years of service
*1st Sgt. Jermaine Ross, from U.S. Army Recruiting Command, with 26 years of service
*Master Sgt. James Leigh III, from 157th Infantry Brigade, with 20 years of service
*Col. Marian Amrein, from U.S. Army Human Resources Command, with 29 years of service
