Command Sgt. Maj. Robin D. Sheehan, Fort Bragg garrison command sergeant major, reads "Sam, the Army Dog" to military children June 12 at Fort Bragg's Tolson Youth Activities Center.
"It's important to be here because these kids have a mother or father that's deployed or been deployed. This is to let the kids know we are here for them," said Sheehan. "It's important for them to know we appreciate what their Family is going through and what their parents do."
