U.S. Military Academy at West Point cadet Alexis Santiago crossed the finish line with a time of 55:41 to take first overall in the 13th Annual Army Birthday Ten-Miler, which took place at Fort Bragg, N.C. Thursday. More than 1,800 participants crossed the start line of the event, more than doubling the participation for last year's race.
