New York Times bestselling author John Gilstrap will visit Fort Knox's Barr Memorial Library at noon July 29 as part of the Authors at Your Library program.

While there, Gilstrap will discuss and sign Total Mayhem, the eleventh book in the Jonathan Grove series--

America is under fire. Multiple terror attacks have left the country reeling. Former Special Forces operatives are working for ISIS. Jonathan Grave and his team go undercover to eliminate the traitors. But the team undercovers a deeper threat codenamed Retribution. The bombs have been set and Grave is the target. Unless he can save himself first, a terrorist plot of unimaginable scope will become history's deadliest disaster--

Gilstrap began writing in high school, but took several detours into volunteer firefighting, becoming an expert on explosives safety and hazardous waste, and serving as the safety director at a trade association in Washington, D.C., before retiring to write full time.

Gilstrap's past novels include Nathan's Run, At All Costs, the nonfiction book Six Minutes to Freedom, and the first 10 books in the Jonathan Grave series. He has been contracted to write and co-produce the film version of Six Minutes to Freedom.

The event is free and open to the public.
