FORT BENNING, GA -- Members of WHINSEC's Staff and Faculty Development Division answered the call and stepped in to assist MCoE's Staff and Faculty Development Branch on the Conduct of the Common Faculty Development -- Instructor Course(CFD-IC) for incoming MCoE's Soldiers and future instructors.
For the first time, Institute's instructors are conducting the training in English.
Due to the regular summer rotation, MCoE's SFDB has a backlog of incoming personnel requiring
CFD-IC prior to assuming their new duties.
The POI for the course is identical, be in Spanish or English, so the transition for WHINSEC CFD-IC instructors was non-existent.
The training for the 25 Soldiers enrolled is scheduled to conclude on June 21, 2019.
