Army Reserve officer speaks to hispanic professionals at leadership summit

Army Reserve Lt. Col. Vickie Argueta, Equal Opportunity Advisor, 85th U.S. Army Reserve Support Command, meets with audience participants during the Hispanic Alliance for Career Enhancement leadership summit held in Chicago, April 25, 2019. Argueta, attended the summit, in coordination with the University of Illinois and the Army Public Affairs - Midwest Office, to represent the Army and share her personal stories in military service. Topics that Argueta, Chicago native, focused on were career advancement, diversity and inclusion, and cultural awareness. More than 400 mid-level and senior professionals attended the summit. In her civilian capacity, Argueta is a Senior Assistant Corporation Counsel for the City of Chicago.
