Army Talent Based Branching Video Goes Live

The Army G1 has created a 4-minute video to tell the story of talent-based branching or "TBB," which debuted in 2012 at West Point and scaled to ROTC in 2016. According to the TBB program manager, LTC Riley Post, the video is a great communications tool that a variety of audiences should enjoy. "We wanted to tell a clear, concise story explaining why we introduced this innovation, how it works, and what the benefits are for officers and the Army alike," said Post. "Whether you're a senior leader or a cadet, this video is a great starting point for really understanding the scope and impact of this program."
