FORT CARSON, CO - 1st Stryker Brigade Combat Team, 4th Infantry Division earned both the Distinguished Honor Graduate and the Distinguished Leader Award, during the Basic Leader Course (BLC), class 19-006, graduation ceremony, at the McMahon Theater, April 26.

The Distinguished Honor Graduate, which was awarded to the candidate with the highest academic percentage, went to Spc. Matthew C. Culver, A Battery, 2nd Battalion, 12th Field Artillery Regiment, 1st Stryker Brigade Combat Team, 4th Infantry Division. The Distinguished Leader Award was awarded to the candidate who with the highest rating from peer and cadre evaluations. This individual was Spc. Jesse R. Wolfe, A Troop, 2nd Squadron, 1st Cavalry Regiment, 1st Stryker Brigade Combat Team, 4th Infantry Division.
