Warsaw Ghetto, Holocaust survivor speaks at Fort Knox Days of Remembrance and Holocaust Remembrance

Fort Knox will hold its Days of Remembrance and Holocaust Remembrance Day at the Sadowski Center 11:30 a.m. -1 p.m. TOMORROW. Wanda Wolosky will speak about growing up as a Jewish girl in wartime Poland and enduring the infamous Warsaw Ghetto uprising. Wolosky joined the Israeli Army at age 17, and served during the 1956 Suez Canal War before moving to the United States in 1957. A candle lighting ceremony will follow the address, and cake will be served following the observance.
