KWAJALEIN ATOLL, RMI - Gen. Kevin P. Chilton, Commander of United States Strategic Command, visited U.S. Army Kwajalein Atoll/Reagan Test Site May 19 and 20, 2009.
During his visit, Chilton was given mission area tours of the Reagan Test Site, Kiernan ReEntry Measurement Site suite and telemetry tours on Roi-Namur, and a reef island overview by helicopter with a visit to Meck Island. Chilton also took time out of his busy day to visit a team of Air Force airmen who are deployed to Roi-Namur to assist with water purification for the island.
