Recognizing her 42A MOS as vital to assisting soldiers with matters such as finance, records, and professional development, Staff Sgt. Pearce-Fuggent considers her role as an Army Non-commissioned Officer a point of pride. "I still do feel like the Army is the right choice for me," she said, "because it's one of the most rewarding things that I've ever done in my life so far."
