December 6, 2018 1 / 1 Members of 19th Engineer Battalion will render 21 and 50-gun salutes today in honor of former President George H.W. Bush. VIEW ORIGINAL
A 21-gun salute will be fired by 19th Engineer Battalion Soldiers at Brooks Parade Field today. The firing will begin at noon, and the guns will be fired at 1-minute intervals.
An additional salute -- equal to the number of States of the Union (50) -- will be fired today by 19th Engineer Battalion Soldiers at 5 p.m. retreat at Brooks Parade Field. The guns will fire at 5-second intervals.
