Organizations from across Fort Belvoir came together to give youngsters a head start on their candy collection at the annual Trunk-Or-Treat Halloween event in the Specker Fieldhouse parking lot on Fort Belvoir, Oct. 30.

Costumed personnel and family members came out in droves to support the event which featured themed car trunks filled with candy, Halloween music, games, pizzas and plenty of excited kids.

"We've had so much success with this event over the years," said 1st Sgt. Peter Novak, Headquarters and Headquarters Company (HHC), U.S. Army Intelligence and Security Command (INSCOM), one of the event's organizers. "It's been awesome to have units from all over Fort Belvoir out here getting in the Halloween spirit."
