The U.S. Army Security Assistance Training Management Organization welcomed Command Sgt. Maj. Brad Owens and bid farewell to Command Sgt. Michael Lamkins during a change of responsibility ceremony at Fort Bragg, North Carolina, Oct. 12.

USASATMO is a subordinate organization of the U.S. Army Security Assistance Command, which has a 53-year history of providing security assistance and foreign military sales to allies and partners. USASATMO meets the security assistance requirements of foreign nations by deploying U.S.-based training teams to allies and partners around the globe.

Owens joins USASATMO after having served as the G3 Sergeant Major, Joint Readiness Training Center, Fort Polk, Louisiana.

Lamkin's next assignment will be command sergeant major of the 174th Combat Arms Training Brigade at Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst, New Jersey.
