OSTROWSKI DISCUSSES 'REVOLUTIONARY' CHANGES

Lt. Gen. Paul A. Ostrowski brought his roadshow tour to Fort Belvoir in August 2018 to discuss the changes to the Army that are in progress as the new Futures Command moves from its initial operational capability last month to final operational capability next summer.
