TRIPLER ARMY MEDICAL CENTER, Hawaii (September 6, 2018) - Dr. David Brown, Regional Health Command-Pacific (RHC-P) director of behavioral health (left) presents John Henry Felix (center left), chairman and CEO of Hawaii Medical Assurance Association Board of Directors, with the RHC-P Outstanding Community Service award. Felix was joined with Linda Wong (center) Danny Kalekikini "Mr. Aloha" (right) and Andrew Dahlburg, manager of the Homeless Programs Pacific Islands Health Care System (back) during the Seventh Annual Pacific Regional Behavioral Health Summit, hosted by RHC-P and the Veterans Affairs Pacific Islands Health Care System Sept. 6-7, at Tripler Army Medical Center, Hawaii. The summit brings together military and community health care professionals to share the latest behavioral health medical and technological innovations, research topics and approaches to care.
