SCHINNEN, The Netherlands -- Chet Witkowski, deputy garrison manager in Schinnen, opened the Schinnen Welcome Expo Aug. 18 in the Activity Center. This event was held to show community members (new and not new) what all is available to them in the Tri-Border Area.
Tri-Border Community Service and other providers presented their services and products to the community. Provided were activities such as bouncy castle, kids games, door prizes, giveaway promotional items, ice cream, candy, refreshments, cake samples, cookies and more.
