Col. Jason Kelly, Commander Afghanistan District, Bagram was recently afforded the opportunity to meet on site in Kandahar with nine members of the 30-man Afghan Technical Support Team. "I was thoroughly impressed by the passion and talent of this collection of local national civil, mechanical, and electrical engineers," Kelly said. They are the future keepers of the enduring processes and systems that USACE is establishing that will enable future stability and prosperity."
