Warrior Transition Unit Groundbreaking

Groundbreaking for the Warriors in Transition Battalion's new Soldier and Family Assistance Center took place at the construction site between Winn Army Community Hospital and the WTB cantonment area on Fort Stewart, April 24. Taking part in the groundbreaking ceremony was Command Sgt. Maj. James Ervin, garrison command sergeant major for Fort Stewart; Col. Todd Buchs, garrison commander; Staff Sgt. Jaima Perez, WTB Soldier; Maj. Gen. Anthony Cucolo, 3rd Infantry Division commander; and Command Sgt. Maj. Edd Watson, 1st Heavy Brigade Combat Team command sergeant major.
