ROCK ISLAND ARSENAL, Ill. -- New Quad City Chamber of Commerce President and CEO Paul Rumler receives a briefing from Maj. Gen. Duane Gamble, commanding general, U.S. Army Sustainment Command and senior mission commander of Rock Island Arsenal, July 23. Rumler received a series of command overview briefings from the major tenant organizations on post as part of his visit. Rumler has previously taken an active interest in RIA during his previous chamber position as the chamber's executive vice president and chief strategy officer.
