Kok, commanding general of the 99th Readiness Division, U.S. Army Reserve, rings the Freedom Bell with a Pearl Harbor survivor here June 14, 2018, in honor of the 243rd Army Birthday. Service members and visitors were given the opportunity to ring The Freedom Bell during Philadelphia's Stripes and Stars Festival.
