Program Executive Office Ground Combat Systems' Combat Recovery Systems Product Management Office held its bi-annual Program Management Review on May 8-10, 2018 in coordination with the BAE Systems M88 Team.
The intent of the PMR was to review ongoing technical efforts and to discuss program initiatives to produce, modernize, and sustain the M88 Family of Vehicles. The Product Director presented the state of the fleet including ongoing and planned production, field modifications, sustainment, and modernization with key program stakeholders.
Breakout sessions on operational sustainment, safety, and a government-only modernization deep dive were also held. The PMR was well-attended and deemed a success with active engagement by representatives from PdD CRS, TCM ABCT, CASCOM, MCoE, Ordnance Center, ATC, USMC, DCMA, TACOM ILSC, ANAD, BAE, Foreign Military Sales and PD MBTS Directors.
