Bill "Hawk" Albracht shared his story of him and his Soldiers successfully escaping and evading enemy forces in the darkness of night after his unit fought fiercely for five days at Firebase Kate in South Vietnam back in 1969. The U.S. Army Sustainment Command Wellness Division's Resilience Program sponsored the event held April 11 in Heritage Hall at Rock Island Arsenal to a packed house.
