Hunters, trappers, anglers and others can get free copies of the Missouri Department of Conservation's updated booklets on spring turkey hunting, hunting and trapping, fishing and the Wildlife Code of Missouri.
MDC's 2018 Spring "Turkey Hunting Regulations and Information" "Summary of Missouri Hunting and Trapping Regulations" and "Summary of Missouri Fishing Regulations" booklets are available free of charge at MDC regional offices, nature centers, and other places where permits are sold. Guides are also available online at short.mdc.mo.gov/Zqo.
The booklets contain information on related permits, seasons, species, regulations, limits, conservation areas and other places to hunt and fish, sunrise and sunset tables, allowed and prohibited hunting and fishing methods in Missouri and more.
"Wildlife Code of Missouri" booklets are also available. The pocket-sized guides include rules of the Conservation Commission that cover general provisions, permits, fishing, hunting, trapping, confined wildlife, commercial permits, special regulations and more.
