(From left) Cadet Command Chief of Staff Col. Janet Holliday, Fort Knox Garrison Commander Col. Patrick Kaune, Tax Center Officer in Charge Capt. Leigh Leduc, and Cadet Command and Fort Knox Staff Judge Advocate Col. James Bagwell cut a ribbon Jan. 18 signifying the opening of the Tax Center. This service is available to active-duty service members, including Guard or Reserve if on active duty orders for 30 days or more, their Family members, and retirees and their family members. The Tax Center is located in the basement of Bldg. 1310, at the corner of Knox Street and Third Avenue. Individuals may call (502) 624-0044 to schedule appointments. Appointments are available Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. and Thursdays, 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. Walk-in appointments are available on Fridays.
