Eighth Army Commanding General Lt. Gen. Michael A. Bills toured several newly constructed, state-of-the-art training facilities on U.S. Army Garrison Humphreys (Camp Humphreys), Jan. 18, 2018. Units will use the facilities to certify Soldiers on weapons systems, vehicles, and other equipment as well as develop and maintain tactical proficiency.
