JOINT BASE SAN ANTONIO-FORT SAM HOUSTON, Texas -- Brooke Army Medical Center Commanding General Brig. Gen. Jeffrey Johnson (far right), Command Sgt. Maj. Diamond Hough (far left) and Emergency Department personnel pose in front of a #StayStrong banner in the ED. Sunrise Hospital and Medical Center sent the banner as a show of support to BAMC after the Sutherland Springs shooting Nov. 5, 2017. Sunrise Hospital treated over 200 injured in the Las Vegas shooting last October. BAMC, which treated eight victims from Sutherland Springs, plans to rotate the banner throughout the hospital in the coming months to share the banner, which is filled with well-wishes and messages of hope and support.
