Gary Williams administers the Army's Non-Commissioned Officer (NCO) charge to the hospital's newly appointed NCOs during the Nov. 15 induction ceremony at the Fort Hood hospital. Army NCOs serve as the advisor to the officer and the confident to the enlisted NCO's peers. The induction ceremony builds and emphasizes the pride the NCO has they become a member of an elite corps.
