WIESBADEN, Germany -- The 13th Sergeant Major of the Army, retired Sgt. Maj. Kenneth O. Preston, visits U.S. Army Europe noncommissioned officers here, Nov. 13 at the Tony Bass Gymnasium. During his visit, Preston spoke to a large group of Soldiers on topics ranging from planning for the future to challenges the Army is currently facing to helping Soldiers prosper in their careers. Preston closed the visit by saying,

"We face leadership issues every day, but if you invest in yourself, invest in your people, then that is what makes the Army a better place."
