SAN JUAN, P.R. -- U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Blue Roof teams are working directly with municipalities across Puerto Rico to install temporary roofs on those in need of repair. Residents should coordinate with their municipality leaders for information on where to fill out the required Right of Entry form. ROE forms are necessary in order to perform assessments of the home and to install the plastic sheeting.

Currently, teams are actively installing temporary roofs and accepting applications in: Arecibo, Bayamon, Caguas, Camuy, Carolina, Dorado, Fajardo, Guaynabo, Hormigueros, Humacao, Loiza, Luquillo, Manati, Mayaguez, Ponce, San Juan, San Lorenzo, Toa Baja, Vega Baja, Vega Alta, and Yabucoa.

Teams are collecting applications and anticipate Blue Roof installations to begin in Aguada, Aguadilla, Aguas Buena, Aibonito, Anasco, Arroyo, Barceloneta, Barranquitas, Cabo Rojo, Canovanas, Catano, Cayey, Ceiba, Ciales, Cidra, Coamo, Comerio, Corozal, Florida, Guayama, Gurabo, Hatillo, Isabela, Juana Diaz, Juncos, Lajas, Lares, Las Marias, Las Piedras, Maunabo, Moca, Morovis, Naguabo, Orocovis, Patillas, Penuelas, Quebradillas, Rincon, Rio Grande, Sabana Grande, Salinas, San German, San Sebastian, Santa Isabel, Trujillo Alto, Utuado, Vieques and Villaba.

Blue Roof teams will be collecting ROEs within the next 5 days in Adjuntas, Guanica, Guayanilla, Jayuya, Maricao, Naranjito, Toa Alta and Yauco.
