VICENZA, Italy -- Trick-or-Treating in Vicenza takes place in the Villaggio housing area Oct. 28 from 6:30-8:30 p.m., hosted by United States Army Garrison Italy.

Shortly before and during trick-or-treating, from 6:15 to 8:45 p.m., vehicle traffic within the housing area will be limited to designated routes to and from parking areas (except emergency services vehicles).

Off-post guests will be allowed to trick-or-treat under the following conditions: U.S. identification card holders with sign-in privileges may sponsor two adult parents and their children with AE Form 190-16F dated June 17.

This event is open to all U.S. and Local National ID card holders without the need to pre-register themselves and their immediate family members. Local national ID cardholders may only sponsor immediate family members.

An access roster will be maintained at Villaggio Main Gate on day of the event. The following items are prohibited for visitors: bikes, scooter, skateboards, hover boards, pets, coolers, bottles, glass containers, etc. The only exception is for infant care, i.e strollers.

All participants will park in designated parking areas located at the Vicenza Elementary/Middle School parking lot and the Child Development Center front and back parking lots.

Families without vehicles may use the shuttle bus that will run from the Ederle Inn to Villaggio. The bus will depart from the inn at 6:15 p.m. to drop families off at the Villaggio Main Gate.

If needed, the bus will return to pick up any remaining families that couldn't fit on the first bus.

The bus will then park at the Villaggio Main Gate and begin taking families back to the inn as the bus fills up. The last run back will depart Villaggio at 9 p.m.

Anyone with questions may contact the Installation Operations Center at DSN 637-8035, comm. 0444-61-8035.
