JTARV (Joint Tactical Aerial Resupply Vehicle) testing on Ft. Ap Hill, 22 Sep, 2017. The JTARV is an unmanned, remotely controlled vehicle tested for resupplying troops on the battlefield.

It has a vertical take off and landing system, with a 200-800 LB capacity. It is controlled using waypoints on a computer. Users will not need joysticks. The JTARV is being developed by Malloy Aeronautics.
