Pierce Terrace Elementary School welcomed their Pre-K students Sept. 6. There were a lot of smiling faces and proud parents to get their academic journey off to a great start. According to Pierce Terrace Principal Dr. Ray Burk, "The first day for Pre-K is always a joyful experience. Every student was eager to begin their day with Arlene Alston and Belinda Lennon." Considering this was the first day of their school year, the students acclimated quickly to their new classroom environment.
