PICATINNY ARSENAL, N.J. - In support of Anti-Terrorism Awareness Month(August), an Army directed mandate, Tim Jordan, Chief of Operations for the U.S. Army Armament Research, Development and Engineering Center, conducted active shooter training on Aug. 23 in the Linder Conference Center. Run, hide, fight remain the key components of actions to be taken in this type of situation. Jordan will be conducting similar training, including lockdown and shelter in place, on Sep. 20 at 10 a.m. and 2 p.m., also in the Linder Conference Center. This training is part of Presidential Directive, National Preparedness Month.
