BANDUNG, INDONESIA -- (Mar. 25, 2009) Sgt. Maj. William Smith, United States Army, Pacific Operations Sergeant Major, addresses Tentara Nasional Indonesia - Angkatan Darat (TNI-AD)  Warrior Leader Course students after the Commandant's Inspection.  Instructors from the Non-Commissioned Officer Academy and USARPAC trained Indonesian NCOs on U.S. Army techniques, tactics and procedures.
