
TOBYHANNA ARMY DEPOT, Pa. -- Nine Army chief warrant officers from across the country earned Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belts here last month as part of a two-week Phase II Warrant Officer Advanced Course (WOAC).
During the one-day training, Soldiers learned how to deploy LSS and become certified, identify and sponsor projects, and understand and use variation to drive up quality.
Depot commander Col. Gregory Peterson presented each warrant officer with their course completion and belt certificates during a graduation ceremony.
Tobyhanna hosts two WOAC sessions each year and a total of 16 warrant officers have completed the program in fiscal 2017.
