Lt. Col. Shane Kimbrough receives a T-shirt and space cowboy coins from members of the student council at Manzanita Public Charter School on Vandenberg Air Force Base, Calif., Mar. 25. Kimbrough returned at the end of November from a mission to the International Space Station as part of the STS-126 crew. While in California to speak at U.S. Army Space and Missile Defense Command/Army Forces Strategic Command's 2009 Senior Enlisted Leaders Training Conference, Kimbrough took a side trip to the school to give a presentation on his trip into space.
