Chicagoland Soldiers Receive Leadership Award

Staff Sgt. Alberto Rochezayas, Chicago Recruiting Battalion, and 1 Lt. Hector Rueda, 4th Brigade, 10th Mountain Division, are awarded the U.S. Army Citizen-Soldier Leadership Award during the U.S. Hispanic Leadership Institute's annual conference Thursday, March 19.  Brig. Gen. Manuel Ortiz, Commander, U.S. Army South, presented the awards during the award dinner in the Chicago Ballroom at the Sheraton Hotel and Towers in downtown Chicago.
