CAMP ZAMA, Japan (March 9, 2017) - Sgt. 1st Class Bess, one of many Camp Zama Master Resiliency Trainers, volunteered a week of his time to teach a group of Zama American High School students the tenants resiliency. The training was meant to help students develop a balanced approach to total fitness. The interactive training allowed students to explore multiple areas of fitness which included: emotional, social, family, spiritual, and physical fitness. This training is one of many that demonstrates the close bond between the military at Camp Zama and the community for which it serves.
