Local Chicagoland Soldiers- from the Chicago Recruiting Battalion and 416th Theater Engineer Command- and ROTC Cadets from Loyola and DePaul University march in the 54th Annual St. Patrick\'s Day parade in downtown Chicago, Saturday, March 14, 2009.  Local media covered the event and broadcast live to an estimated 3 million viewers.

An Army camouflage Humvee drives down Columbus Ave. in downtown Chicago during the 54th Annual St. Patrick\'s Day Parade, Saturday, March 14, 2009.  The 416th Theater Engineer Command provided the Humvee for the parade which attracts an estimated 250,000 spectators.

This year's St. Patrick's Day parade included the 2009 Medal of Honor Convention banner announcing the dates for the upcoming convention.  Chicago is the host city for this year's annual convention that will honor Medal of Honor recipients from around the country during a week-long series of events.
